All confirmed ... you're IN for the monthly programming.  

Yes ... I know we all want to look GREAT.  

And yet, even more important than that is our long term health, function and fitness.

Look at this picture.  There is absolutely NO reason for any of us to decline and decondition.  We just don't have to sign off on our own demise!

Eat well. Lift heavy. Do HIIT.  Do those things really well and have them customised to you, like we're doing in your program ... and you are literally changing the course of your life.
